Inspirado nos livros de "Onde está Wally?", o rótulo desta Hop Lager trouxe o conceito de praça, de como este ambiente pode ser ocupado por diferentes tribos e como a Legalager combina com todas elas.
Fui requisitado pela agência O CAMPO para desenvolver e ilustrar dezenas de personagens-marmotas que estão ligados com a praça - crianças brincando, artistas performáticos, músicos, ambulantes, senhores de boina jogando cartas e algumas figuras... inusitadas.
Fui requisitado pela agência O CAMPO para desenvolver e ilustrar dezenas de personagens-marmotas que estão ligados com a praça - crianças brincando, artistas performáticos, músicos, ambulantes, senhores de boina jogando cartas e algumas figuras... inusitadas.
O desafio maior era definir um traço que pudesse ser fino mas ainda identificável em tamanho reduzido (como o de uma lata de cerveja), ter detalhes o bastante para que sejam divertidos e que pudessem compor bem o conceito dentro da paleta de cores do layout. Inspired by "Where´s Waldo?" books, the label for this Hop Lager brought the concept of brazilian squares, and how this venue can be occupied by different tribes and also how Legalager fits well with each of them.
This job came to me from O CAMPO to help develop and illustrate dozens of groundhog-characters that are connected with the scenery - kids playing, performing artists, street musicians, street vendors, gentlemen wearing beret hats playing cards and some...
...unnusual figures as well.
The real challenge was to define a trace that was thin enough but still recognizable in such reduced size (when applied in a beer can), detailed enough to be funny and at the same time being able to fit in well on the color pallete layout. You can see the result down bellow:
